QNMR Committees
| Steering Comittee |
|
The Steering Committee will meet at least once a month to evaluate proposals for system usage and review time usage on the systems as well as other resource allocation issues. The review will be based on scientific merit, experimental feasibility, eligibility for "pilot" studies, protocol approval, and/or access to suitable funding when necessary. Since new users may not have the technical expertiese to develop a complete proposal, the Steering Committee may assist with protocol development.
