Columnar-level imaging of sensory models

Sensory models in rodent brain (at 7.0T) with functional MRI (fMRI), showing signal changes under anesthesia (from left to right): forepaw stimulation, single whisker stimulation, and olfactory stimuli with high and ultra-high spatial resolutions. The higher field magnets (9.4T and 11.7T) provide far superior resolution for columnar-level imaging of these, and other, sensory models.
