QNMR Core 4: Data management
The primary goal is to provide the support for utilizing all of the home-written (e.g., fhstat, BioImageSuite) and commercial (e.g., Matlab, Spike-2, ParaVision) software accessed by a server-based high-performance cluster of workstations that provide rapid data access, backup, and sharing for use in data analysis and processing (e.g., volume rendered fMRI data).
